He graduated with a degree in Radio Engineering from the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute in 1973. Graduate School of the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute.
In 2018, he underwent advanced training at the State Educational Institution "Republican Institute of Higher Education," certificate No. 3101279.4.

Working career.
In 1973 I graduated from the Minsk radio engineering institute (MRTI) majoring in of " Radio engineering", works in MRTI (BSUIR) since 1973, as the junior researcher, the senior research associate, the assistant, the associate professor in the beginning.
