• 1962 - Higher education degree obtained from Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute, Russia.

Working career:
• 2016 - present - Professor of the Department of Electronic Engineering and Technology of BSUIR.
• 1974 - 2016 - Head of the Department of Electronic Engineering and Technology of BSUIR.
• 1992- 2002 - Chairman of the State Higher Attestation Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
• 1970 - 1992 - Associate Professor, head of the Department, Vice-rector, first vice-rector of the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute and BSUIR.

Taught academic subjects:
• physical and chemical bases of micro-and nanoelectronics.

More than 600 scientific publications, over 10 scientific monographs, over 150 papers in international journals and conferences, and more than 20 patents.
