Expertise and Scientific Activity: Formation, study and applications of nanoporous structures made of silicon, aluminum, titanium, niobium, tungsten and their oxides. Development, fabrication and characterization of light-emitting structures and optical waveguides based on porous silicon and porous anodic alumina.
