In 1993 he graduated from the Minsk Radio Engineering College with a degree in Computer Engineering.
In 1999 he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, specialty - "Telecommunication systems", qualification - telecommunications engineer.

Professional activity
Roshchupkin Yakov Viktorovich has been working for the university since 1999. He worked as an engineer, assistant and senior lecturer. At present, he successfully continues his work as a senior lecturer at the Department of Information Security, BSUIR.
Roshchupkin Ya. V. actively participates in the organization of the educational process at the department. He teaches special courses in accordance with the curriculum for training specialists in the specialties of BSUIR. Roshchupkin Ya.V. participated in the preparation and publication of 4 teaching aids for students, including laboratory workshops on the taught courses.
Roshchupkin Ya.V. takes part in a number of research projects. The results of scientific research are used in the educational process. He constantly works with scientific and technical literature in his specialty.
In his work, he uses contacts with students in the process of educational work, supervising graduate design, in conversations and at consultations to form students' modern scientific ideas about technical achievements and society. He attends scientific and technical exhibitions, including international ones.
