Ensuring the quality of service in telecommunication networks, radio systems and radio technologies, information technologies in education.

Education
Graduated from the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute in 1978, postgraduate studies at the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute in 1984.
He completed internships and advanced training at a number of universities and major research centers: University of Honolulu (USA), Jerusalem (Israel), University of Magdeburg (Germany, twice), University of Paderborn (Germany), National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (Tomsk, Russian Federation), University of Mittweida (Germany).

Working career.
1978-1980 - Engineer at R&D Institute of Automation Means.
1980-1984 - Post-graduate student of the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute.
1984-1988 - Junior, Senior Researcher, Minsk Radio Engineering Institute.
1988-1992 - Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
1992-2016 - Director of the institution "General Information and Analytical Center" of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus".
2016- till today - Head of the Department of Information Radio Technologies of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
He defended his Ph.D. thesis on electromagnetic compatibility of microwave generators in 1984 He defended his doctoral dissertation (PhD) on "Theoretical Foundations of Modeling Corporate Information and Telecommunication Systems" in 2001.
Research topics at present: provision of quality indicators of radio systems and radio technologies.
Among the main results are the following:
- methods of ensuring the high-quality functioning of RFID systems in conditions of intense interference;
- a technique for the synthesis of matching devices for mobile communication systems of various frequency ranges.
