How to Apply?

We are glad that you are willing to apply for one of over 40 Russian and English-medium study programmes that are offered at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. The Admissions Office seeks to enroll students who have the potential to thrive in our community and who possess the qualities and attributes the university seeks to build an effective and dynamic learning community. You can expect to have a response from us approximately 3 days after you have submitted your application and all other required information. We will not review your application until all required information has been received.

Admission requirements
Foreign citizens need to prove the following level of education when applying for degree courses at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics:

- basic education corresponding to the level of general secondary education in Belarus, to apply for a Bachelor degree course
- Bachelor of Science degree to apply for one of the University's Master programmes
- Bachelor & Master of Science degree to apply for a Ph.D. programme

How to submit application documents?
To apply for studies in BSUIR international applicants shall submit to the Admissions Office (csd@bsuir.by) the following documents:
1. Filled-in application form (please download below)
2. Copy of the educational certificate stating all studied subjects and corresponding marks
3. Copy of the birth certificate, passport or other identity document
4. Bank statement to prove the applicant’s financial sustainability (applicable for nationals of African and Arabian countries)

Admission to BSUIR is selective; the Admissions Office examines the applications thoroughly. Shortlisted applicants will be e-mailed the letter of invitation (visa letter) and guided on the next steps to be taken to enroll into BSUIR. Please note that the letter of invitation (visa letter) is issued free of charge.

The procedure of enrollment of foreign citizens for training at the BSUIR according to the chosen specialty is carried out by International Client Support Department:
