Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) is the leading university in the field of Informatics and Radioelectronics and the most influential university in the Euro-Asian Economic Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan) and in the CIS states. It is globally recognised as a research university and a motor of economic development and innovation in Belarus.

PERSPECTIVES

BSUIR strives to train engineers and scientists capable of perceiving, generating and implementing innovative ideas, creating competitive hi-tech products in the field of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Since the early 1990s BSUIR has successfully taken the chance to become the leading educational institution in Belarus for high technology research and development. Students are provided with excellent education and the capacity to use the knowledge gained to have influence on and make significant long-term contributions to their communities. Two facts are considered to be relevant: the quality certification obtained by BSUIR and the availability of undergraduate and Master programmes in the English language (which can attract foreign students).
