Extramural training is one of the major modes of modern higher education. Extramural training provides great opportunities for combination of theoretical and professional education. Having obtained both working experience and theoretical knowledge, our graduates become excellently qualified specialists who are are highly sought after by recruiters, both at home and abroad.
As many as 34 University departments contribute to the Faculty academic activities. Students have opportunities to participate in the research work of all of the departments, which is a relevant experience for course papers and graduation projects. A particular area of interest may be chosen as a topic of a diploma project, which is a relevant part of the academic activities.
Our students are engaged in public and cultural activities, and also participate in University sports life, taking part in competitions of the highest level, including European, World Championships, and the Olympic Games.
The Faculty also offers a possibility of receiving a second higher education, for those who are willing to change their occupation or to enlarge their knowledge in an adjacent professional area. It is also possible to receive a parallel education, i.e. to become an expert simultaneously in several areas.
The Faculty of Extramural Training provides excellent in-service training for the the to-be engineers of various qualifications - mathematician - system programmer, engineer economist, marketing manager economist.
